The doctors and staff at The Belmont Medical Centre in Uxbridge are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person checks.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

We are now booking our  flu clinics for this year if you are over 65 or in an at risk group please call reception to book an appointment. 

Care Record Viewer – this is a new feature that is available on line if you would like to access this feature on line and already have access to scripts and appointments please let the receptionist know you just need a pass phrase, if you have not used on line services ask the receptionist for full access.

 

Allocated GP >75 - If you are aged 75 and over, you will have been given an allocated GP, this GP will manage your care, we have been contacting patients via text, phone and letter to inform them of their allocated GP but if you have heard from us please call and we will inform you.

 

PPG launch new Patient Transport Service for our patients please see their page for further details and a criteria sheet is on the noticeboard on your right.

Thank you for your recent feedback with our follow up survey from last years survey with reference to access, the results can be seen in the updated report on our noticeboard and i am please to say that there has been an improvement.

The PPG are holding a coffee morning on the first Friday of every month 10.30 - 12.00 in the surgery please come and join us.

The Next PPG Meeting will be held Tuesday 2nd September at 6pm

We are now an approved training practice, this means that we are training registrar doctors to become GPs.

EPS Prescription service -  this means we can electronically send your prescription to the chemist of your choice.  If you would like to use this service please either let us know your nominated chemist of choice or call into your chemist and they can set it up for.

Confidential information from your medical records can be used by the NHS to improve services offered so we can provide the best possible care for everyone.
