Welcome to The Belmont Medical Centre Uxbridge

The doctors and staff at The Belmont Medical Centre in Uxbridge are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person checks.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

Dossette Boxes - please be aware that if you require your medication in a dossette box for medical reasons you will need to arrange this through your GP. 

If you request it from the chemist for convenience you will be charged a fee every month.

Care Record Viewer – this is a new feature that is available on line if you would like to access this feature on line and already have access to scripts and appointments please let the receptionist know you just need a pass phrase, if you have not used on line services ask the receptionist for full access.



Allocated GP >75 - If you are aged 75 and over, you will have been given an allocated GP, this GP will manage your care, we have been contacting patients via text, phone and letter to inform them of their allocated GP but if you have heard from us please call and we will inform you. 


Dr Shah our current registrar GP will be leaving us at the end of July as her placement comes to and end.  I am sure you will join us in wishing her well in completing her training and we thank you for your support in completing her feedback forms and consenting to video consultations where appropriate, this is all worthwhile for GP training.

We will be welcoming a new registrar in August Dr D'Cruz who will be with us for 2 years.

EPS Prescription service -  this means we can electronically send your prescription to the chemist of your choice.  If you would like to use this service please either let us know your nominated chemist of choice or call into your chemist and they can set it up for.

Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 8.15am and 6.00pm and 6.30pm please dial 0300 1303018 at all other times please call 111.
